How It Works :: Delivery of grocery, Cake, Flower

You can directly purchase groceries and other essential products from your favourite store's online platform (or) by email (or) by phone, whichever applies to the store.
You can make the payment of purchased products through that particular store's online facility (or) through the store's other payment options.
Note down the order number & total weight of the products and you can open Shop the Cart's website to place a delivery order with us.
To place a delivery order, Sign up if you a new user (or) Sign in if you are an existing user to access and fill up the order form.
After Sign in, fill up the order form with the information on the collection point and delivery point.
You can pay the delivery and associated fee to proceed to check out and can confirm your delivery order.
After placing your delivery order, one of our Delivery Associate will collect purchased products from the particular store and deliver it to your doorsteps.
We are considering a 2 hours window to make smooth, responsible and timely delivery of products.

All delivery orders to be placed at least an hour before the delivery time window selected.
Make sure that items are arranged and ready to collect at the store as per the pickup time mentioned in the order form.
Delivery Associate is unable to check the total quantity and quality of products.
Any dispute with the quantity and quality of products to be addressed to the Store by yourself.
Delivery of products will not be done to minors, we request you to arrange a responsible person to receive the delivery.
If there is nobody at home, Delivery Associate neither returns the products to the store nor keep with them. You need to arrange another option to deliver products at the address provided while placing the order.
If in such emergency cases Delivery Associate kept products at the place as per your instruction, after the Associate left you will be responsible for the quantity and quality of products.
A refund of the delivery fee will not be considered when there is any kind of issue to process your order at the store.
All issues with the product arrangement with the store to be taken care of by yourself.
Shop the Cart won't be responsible for the product's payment at the store.
Shop the Cart won't accept services related to Cannabis, tobacco and liquor products. Any delivery orders associated with this will not be processed with no refund of the amount paid for delivery service.
