Customers can inform us to collect the products "from where" and deliver the products "to where". Please note that neither we sell products nor we own a store (or) warehouse.

Option 1: If you are purchasing products through a particular local store's online platform, then you can have the option to make the payment online.
Option 2: If you are purchasing from a local store at your location who doesn't have an online platform, then you have to make a payment arrangement with that particular local store.

You can open Shop the Cart's website, Sign In to place an order with us to "Collect & Deliver" the purchased product from your favourite store. One of our Delivery Associates will collect the product as per the collection time and directly deliver the products to the given address within the specified delivery time.

We deliver the products to the address you have provided while placing the order. It can be at your convenience such as Home, Office and Business.

You can place a delivery order 3 days in advance. Please make sure that the collection date & time should be on the same delivery date.

We require to have the delivery order placed at least an hour before the delivery time. This will help us to arrange a nearest Delivery Associate to collect "already purchased products" from the store. Please ensure that the products are ready at the store for collection.

For a smooth and timely delivery of products at your doorsteps, we keep a time window of 2 hours. Delivery of products will be done within this 2 hours time frame.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel the delivery order. However you can reschedule within 30 mins of your order placed. You can call us on (825) 365-5444 to make a reschedule arrangement.

Shop the Cart's Delivery Associate will deliver products at your doorsteps. We carefully and closely check about the person and will hire only after the person's identity is verified and confirmed. We require to have a criminal background check of the individual before they get hired.

We advise you (or) responsible person to be at home to receive the delivery. We do not deliver products to Minors. We deliver products at your doorsteps during Emergencies only. Such cases, Shop the Cart will not held responsible of product damage or missing of products.

Our Delivery Associate is unable to check the accuracy and count of your total order while collecting products from the store. Once we collected the products, our associate will put maximum effort to deliver products carefully and professionally without making any damages.
